The county of Osceola & Orange have new open for Help new Buyer to purchase a Property. On both Counties are differents guideline for qualify, but the help is EXCELLENT!!!!.
On Osceola County the guidelines are like:
- Cannot currently own a home
- Must meet income guideline
- Do not have two or more 30 day delinquencies in last twelve month,…
- No Judgment, foreclosure, repossession or charge -off in the prior twenty-four months
- No Bankruptcy in last years
- No FICO SCORE of 660 or below
- No debit service-to-income ratio of 50%
- UP to $50,000 Max of down-payment assistance and closing cost including.

ORANGE COUNTY
As home buyer Benefit; Home purchased by Orange County will have updated energy star rated appliances to make the home energy efficient and affordable. Buyer can receive UP to #35,000 of down-payment assistance.
Orange County Guidelines
- Cannot currently own a home
- Must meet income guideline
- Must have a minimum CREDIT SCORE OF 620
- Must have two (2) years of satisfactory credit
- Two (2) years must have elapsed from a foreclosure, bankruptcy,judment, ect.
- INVESTORS ARE NOT ALLOWED to purchase under this program
- Must have legal right to reside permanently in the United States
